Submit your suggestion for the location of GPC’s 2026 & 2027 conventions today!
The Global Pulse Confederation (GPC) is now inviting proposals from its esteemed members who wish to host the 2026 or 2027 international pulses conference in their country. In recent years, GPC has hosted international pulse conventions all over the world, including India, Australia, UAE, Brazil, Sri Lanka, Canada, Turkey, USA, Mexico, and South Africa.
As always, locations are selected given their compliance with a range of criteria. If you are interested in hosting either the 2026 or the 2027 convention year in your country, please provide detailed information addressing the following key points:
Brief Explanation: Present a compelling rationale for why your proposed location should be selected as the venue for the 2026 or 2027 pulses conference.
Hotel Information: Provide details on available hotels capable of accommodating a minimum of 150 rooms for 3 nights in the May-June timeframe. Please provide estimate of cost per room night (for standard room) inclusive of breakfast and daily delegate rate (per person daily rate charged by hotel or convention facility)
Venue Availability: Confirm availability of a suitable venues capable of hosting a minimum of 600 attendees for key events like the general plenary, opening reception and gala dinner. If possible, please provide estimated charge for venue(s) and indicate if venue charges are waived with F&B minimum number.
Expected Participation: Outline anticipated financial participation from national or regional associations, government bodies, tourism bureaus, and potential sponsors.
Additional Factors: Consider other relevant factors such as past convention history in the country (years since last GPC convention in the country), overall cost implications, and local participation expectations.
Accessibility: Describe the general accessibility of the proposed convention city including proximity to major airports.
Visa Requirements: Provide general visa requirement details for citizens from countries such Argentina, Brazil, Canada, China, Ethiopia, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United States.
